Shipping policy

Due to the perishable nature of these marshmallows, they will not tolerate long transits in the post, hence we only offer Express Shipping and may only ship to VIC, NSW, ACT and QLD currently. 

Orders will be processed after the Payment cut-off time which is 11th APRIL Tuesday 9 PM. We will start preparing orders (make-to-order marshmallows, wrapping, packaging, labelling), so NO CHANGES can be made after this time. 

Shipping Orders will be Shipped out on 17th April 2023 ( Monday) 

Express Shipping for orders up to $144.00 = $16.00

Express Shipping for orders between $145.00 - $288.00 = $22.00

For orders above $288.00 , please contact us for a quote for shipping.

PICKUPS WILL BE FREE.

You will receive notification with tracking details via email when the order has been despatched.

Current estimated delivery time-frames as provided by shipping vendor is provided as below. These estimates are based on recent delivery performance and do not take into account any current disruptions that may cause delay. Kindly note that shipping to non-metro areas may take a few additional days.

VIC - 1-3 business days

NSW -2-4 business days

ACT - 2-4 business days

QLD - 2-4 business days
